Excellence

Swastik InfraProjects has grown from a focused urban contractor into a multi-vertical, pan-India infrastructure organization with a clear purpose – ENGINEERING.

EMERGENCE

Our history is a steady progression of success, capabilities and relationships built over more than two decades.

Early Foundations in Civil Construction

2002

Swastik was founded by Mr. Srikanth Raghavraju as a proprietorship firm in Vashi, Navi Mumbai.

The story of Swastik begins with its promoter’s hands-on exposure to the civil construction industry from the year 2000.

This experience formed the base for a practical, site-first understanding of how infrastructure actually gets built – constraints, risks, and the importance of quality and timelines.

Company Evolution

Nov 2009

Conversion into Swastik Infralogics Private Limited

A major milestone came in November 2009, when the proprietorship was converted into Swastik Infralogics Private Limited.

This step formalised the organisation structure, strengthened governance and created a platform for larger, more complex projects.

Over time, Swastik evolved from a city-focused contractor into an ISO 9001:2015 certified and Class 1A registered infrastructure company headquartered in Navi Mumbai.

The company steadily expanded its project portfolio, working with national and state-level agencies and developing internal systems for planning, monitoring and quality control.

Today, Swastik has successfully completed 370 infrastructure development projects across roads, highways, water supply, sewage, drainage and allied urban infrastructure, with a consistent emphasis on business ethics and commitment.

Pan-India Expansion

From its base in Navi Mumbai, Swastik gradually extended operations beyond Maharashtra.

Maharashtra
Telangana
Karnataka
Uttar Pradesh
Bihar
Andhra Pradesh
Jharkhand
Madhya Pradesh

The company’s footprint now covers Maharashtra, Telangana, Karnataka, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Andhra Pradesh, Jharkhand and Madhya Pradesh, with major projects and assets deployed in these regions.

This multi-state presence is supported by a strong asset base of 700+ major construction equipment, adequate to handle infrastructure works worth around ₹2,000 crore annually, and eligibility to bid for single projects of up to ₹1,100 crore with NHAI.

Despite challenges such as lockdowns and restrictions in recent years, the company’s revenues have not been adversely impacted, and projects in states such as Telangana, Karnataka and Maharashtra have continued to be executed and completed.

These milestones reflect a transition from a local contractor to a resilient, pan-India infrastructure player.

Multi-Vertical Platform

As the project portfolio grew, Swastik took a deliberate step towards integration and diversification.

Infrastructure Projects

Core execution across roads, highways, water supply, sewage, drainage and urban infrastructure.

Forever Mix Concrete (FMC)

Second largest concrete supplier in the Mumbai region, producing approximately 70,000 cubic metres every month.

Crushing & Mining of Stone (CMS)

Installed capacity of around 1.8–2 lakh MT of aggregates per month, supporting FMC and external construction clients.

Engineering & Design (EnD)

Hyderabad-based design vertical delivering DPRs, detailed design, value engineering and pre-bid support.

A key milestone in this journey was entry into the Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) business in 2015. From that decision, Swastik’s FMC vertical grew rapidly, supported by forward integration with CMS and complemented by in-house engineering expertise.

This combination of execution, materials and design has become a defining milestone in Swastik’s evolution into an integrated infrastructure solutions provider.

Scaling Operations & Order Book

With vertical integration in place, Swastik’s scale of operations has increased significantly across execution, materials and design.

₹1,100 Cr+

Concrete Order Book

FMC has visibility of approximately 18 lakh cubic metres over the next 18 months, operating at a run-rate of about ₹60 crore per month.

₹2,000 Cr / Year

Execution Capacity

Equipment strength and internal systems can support infrastructure projects worth up to ₹2,000 crore annually across all verticals.

300+

Active FMC Clients

FMC alone serves around 300 active clients, while CMS supports captive and external contracts including long-term crushing assignments.

Across all verticals, Swastik has built the capacity to execute up to ₹1,000 crore of infrastructure orders annually without major incremental capital expenditure, while overall equipment strength enables projects worth ₹2,000 crore per year.

On the design side, the EnD vertical has set targets to handle detailed design services for projects aggregating ₹1,000 crore in the current financial year, moving towards ₹2,000 crore in the next.

These milestones indicate a steady shift towards scale, specialisation and a stronger recurring business base.

Culture & Safety

Alongside business growth, Swastik’s history is marked by deliberate efforts to build a strong culture of safety, responsibility and engagement.

Duty is worship
Time is precious
Honesty pays
Truth shall prevail

The company’s HR and HSE policies clearly state the intent to ensure that no people, property or environment are harmed by operations, and to grow as one of the most responsible and remarkable infrastructure providers.

This intent translates into regular and structured initiatives:

  • World Environment Day (05.06.2023) – celebrated with the theme “Clean our Planet”, reinforcing awareness on environmental responsibility at workplaces and project sites.
  • International Day of Yoga (21.06.2019) – organised to promote physical, mental and spiritual well-being among Swastikars.
  • Blood Donation Camp (14.06.2019) – conducted on World Blood Donor Day as a voluntary contribution to society.
  • First Aid Training (25.02.2023) – practical training on emergency response, basic life support, bleeding and shock, choking and CPR.
  • POSH Training (19.11.2022) – awareness and compliance training on Prevention of Sexual Harassment at the workplace.

These milestones reflect a culture where “Duty is worship, Time is precious, Honesty pays and Truth shall prevail” is more than a statement – it guides day-to-day behaviour.

Governance & Future

Swastik has a straightforward equity structure emphasising transparency, clarity and long-term accountability.

Looking Ahead – Future Milestones

Swastik’s history is still being written.

The company has articulated clear plans to deepen its presence in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, enhance FMC production beyond 1,00,000 cubic metres per month, and expand concrete operations into new markets such as Pune, Nashik, Nagpur, Bengaluru and Hyderabad once scale thresholds are achieved.

On the design side, the roadmap includes taking up detailed design services for increasingly larger project values, while the Infrastructure Projects vertical continues to focus on high-impact roads, highways, water and urban infrastructure assignments across India.

The aspiration is to cross ₹1,000 crore in topline from FMC alone by 2026, while maintaining strong perf
